La recente sentenza della Corte di Giustizia Europea (n. C 629/19) del 14 ottobre del 2020 in materia di gestione dei fanghi di depurazione è un pronunciamento di un certo interesse: in accordo con determinate condizioni i fanghi di depurazione di un processo industriale non costituirebbero un rifiuto ai fini dell’uso efficiente delle risorse e dell’attuazione dell’economia circolare.
