Firmato il decreto EOW per la carta e cartone che fa riferimento alla UNI EN 643 e introduce una tolleranza per i rifiuti organici.
Dopo la pubblicazione (prevista fra qualche settimana) ci saranno sei mesi per adeguare le autorizzazioni, ma subito entreranno in vigore i nuovi parametri.
