L’Albo Nazionale per i Gestori Ambientali ha chiarito che il nuovo Sistema di tracciabilità sarà gestito direttamente dal Ministero dell’Ambiente, con il solo supporto tecnico dell'Albo, in aderenza alla norma di legge e ha fornito prime indicazioni su come sarà sviluppato il prototipo per la sperimentazione.
